Customer profile
44Mobile is aimed at established businesses that resell calling services.  You will need your own VoIP switching and billing platforms in order to resell the service, and you should send your traffic from your VoIP switch rather than from individual endpoints.

44Mobile is an aggressively priced service.  We have reduced our margin, because we believe that the customer base that we are targeting with 44Mobile requires less technical support than other customers seeking A-Z services.  So, 44Mobile customers are generally experienced in the industry; have traffic now; are able to configure their own equipment and their customers' equipment and have their own billing solutions in place.

DUAL Talk
DUAL Talk is a feature rich A-Z service suitable for resellers and call shops.  The key features of the product are listed below:
  • The higher calling rates allow us more flexibility in routing your calls.  This is essential if you have a busy call shop with only one termination supplier.  In the event of an individual call failing, we automatically reroute that call to multiple carriers until the call connects.   This takes place in real time while your caller is waiting to be connected.   These features ensure good voice quality and high route availability for your customers.  To some extent, this is also true of 44Mobile, but, as the 44Mobile rates are lower, we can only send you traffic to a subset of our connected carriers.
  • We offer a complete billing solutions for private label reselling.  We offer the tools to enable you to create sub-accounts; set calling rates and spending limits.   Your customers will have access to an online control panel branded with your company name.
  • We offer a free web-based call shop billing system.
  • We supply and configure Quintum gateways and switches for FXS and FXO applications.
